Hip Hop - Hip Hop is a style of jazz dance that evolved from the hip-hop culture and incorporates breaking, popping, locking, and urban funk. This style of dance is a freestyle form of dance that is not based on a set of the curriculum like most other dance genres. Hip Hop is a great choice for dancers with little formal training or that are beginning later in life.






Popping - Defining the flow of energy through the body, depicting the concentration of enthusiasm in a dancer in a single moment and adding all the possible explosions to the field
of dance is only a very small part of what popping has brought along with it. While being the result of a single person’s spirit to bring something new into the world of dance, popping has become so much more than what it originally started off within a very short time.



Bollywood - Bollywood dance is the dance-form used in Indian films.  It is a mixture of numerous styles.  These styles include belly-dancing, Kathak, Indian folk, Western popular, and "modern", jazz, and even Western erotic dancing.







Lyrical - Lyrical dance challenges choreographers and dancers to use motion to interpret music and express emotion. A lyrical dancer's movements attempt to show the meaning of the music. Punjabi - Punjabi dances are an array of folk and religious dances of the Punjabi people indigenous to the Punjab region, straddling the border of India and Pakistan. The style of
Punjabi dances range from very high energy to slow and reserved, and there are specific styles for men and women. Some of the dances are secular while others are presented in religious contexts.




Aerobic - Aerobic exercise is any physical activity that makes you sweat, causes you to breathe harder, and gets your heart beating faster than at rest. It strengthens your heart and lungs and trains your cardiovascular system to manage and deliver oxygen more quickly and efficiently throughout your body. Aerobic exercise uses your large muscle groups, is rhythmic in nature, and can be maintained continuously for at least 10 minutes.




Yoga Class- The moment you attach the word “yoga,” it indicates it is a complete path by itself. The word “yoga” essentially means, “that which brings you to reality.”













B boying - Breakdancing, also called breaking or b-boying/b-girling, is an athletic style of street dance. While diverse in the amount of variation available in the dance, breakdancing mainly consists of four kinds of movement: toprock, downrock, power moves and freezes. Breakdancing is typically set to songs containing drum breaks, especially in hip-hop, funk, soul music and breakbeat music. 





Couple Dance - Partner dances are dances whose basic choreography involves coordinated dancing of two partners, as opposed to individuals dancing alone or individually in a non-coordinated manner, and as opposed to groups of people dancing simultaneously in a coordinated manner.
